SkinCore is a client management and communication platform designed for skincare professionals and their clients. The platform includes features such as:

• Personalized skincare routine management
• Secure messaging between clients and professionals
• Treatment plan documentation
• Session notes and history
• Community engagement features

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Professional Use

Skincare professionals using this platform must maintain appropriate licensure and certifications as required by their jurisdiction and practice within their scope of expertise.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Health Information

Photo and Image Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Alchemy HI and SkinCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any skin reactions, treatment outcomes, or health issues that may arise from skincare treatments or advice received through the platform.

Some features of SkinCore may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skin Alchemy HI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hawaii.
